Prowse was approached to work with a retail specialist on the development of a public relations strategy for a shopping centre located in one of the UK’s most affluent catchment areas.

Dominated by consumers in the ‘Wealthy Achiever’ and ‘Urban Prosperity’ categories, the centre was struggling to portray the right image alongside a strong High Street offering national and international brands together with niche and high quality local outlets.

Our approach was to develop a creative 12 month public relations strategy, taking advantage of digital and traditional PR channels to help re-establish the centre as both a stand-alone destination and an integral part of the town’s offer.
