We were delighted to run the inaugural Manor Royal People Conference in October which was deemed a great success by all those involved. Created to help companies of all sizes from across Manor Royal business district, the event was fully booked and attracted more than 90 business people and HR professionals who heard the latest thinking and research on recruitment, staff motivation and leadership.

The event was chaired by Zoe Wright, Group Director of People at the B&CE Group and among others, featured Dr. Robert Coles, CEO of the world-renowned Roffey Park, who inspired the audience with a presentation on Collaborate Leadership. The event venue was kindly hosted by the Sandman Signature Hotel in Crawley.
