UK companies with 250 or more employees had to publish their gender pay gap data by April 2018. More than 9,000 companies had to calculate their gender pay gap and publish it on a government website.
ExxonMobil, appointed Prowse & Co. to produce its report for its UK operations, working closely with its HR and senior leadership team. As well as drafting the content, our team produced a striking design for the report, which set out the company’s gender pay gap data and demonstrated the progress ExxonMobil has made in recent years to address gender equity at all levels of the company.
